Your Customers are Territory Managers
The purpose of the HHH commerce site is to put Labor Providers and Labor Users together.
The purpose of having Regional Developers in the System is to have people who are people people and have them working with Territory Managers. Regions are big areas, sometimes Country size that is a big area for a few people to get out the word that HHH is a site they should take a look at and keep coming back to. That kind of presence takes time and it takes people.
That is why there is a business here that enables people who like working with other people, to build a business on those skills.
A person who has decided to become a Regional Developers has decided to look at the big picture right off the bat and has decided that the way to generate a large Revenue stream is to work directly with the people who will be creating the source of Revenue, Postings at the Territory level. Nothing happens in the System until a person Posts and a page on the HHH commerce site becomes Live.
This is early going for the HHH System; there are some realities that need to be sorted out by putting principles into practice and seeing where the individuals in the System take us. Here is an example of how the Territory Manager- Regional Developer matrix will work.
What is certain is this, Territory Managers will be dealing with the Labor Providers and Labor Users, Regional Developers will be working with them on making that happen.
