Who Are They?

People who want to build a bigger business and have greater profit potential than Territory Managers, initially.

This section might make more sense if you take a few moments to review the section on Territory Managers.

A Region consists of upwards of 10 million people. Regional Developers will be working with and developing Territory Managers to build the HHH Brand and awareness in a specific Region.

The flow looks like this, Regional Developers, will work with Territory Mangers who will deal with the end users, Labor Providers and Labor Users.

Territory Mangers will in fact be the customers of the Regional Developers.

Here are some of the characteristics of a Regional Developer:

1.      Feels comfortable working with and developing people, in this case Territory Managers.

2.      Regional Developers work directly with Territory Managers in their Region and will benefit from their combined efforts and success. Regional Developers benefit from a separate profit stream from their Territory Mangers and do not share a common profit stream with them.

3.      Regional Developers can develop and work with as many Territory Managers as they can successfully support.

4.      Regional Developers are not bound by geography and can start and develop any non Live Region.

5.      By not sharing a common profit stream with their Territory Managers, Regional Developers benefit by working with and helping the Territory Managers in their Region to be as successful as possible, there by increasing their success as Regional Developers.

6.      Regional Developers have the option of starting out as a Territory Manager and then expanding into becoming a Regional Developer

7.      You can be a Territory Manager and a Regional Developer at the same time, by initiating a first rights of refusal option.

8.      The number of Regional Developers per Region will vary depending upon the make up of each Region. The number of Regional Developers in a Region will be determined at the Regional Developer level.

What’s the Difference Between A Territory Manager and a Regional Developer?

A Regional Developer is initially  taking on more responsibility, is willing to perhaps do more work upfront and is looking to have the potential to make more money.

Regional Developers will be looking to build part of a 10 Million population Region. Territory Managers will be starting with their own town, city or village, maybe even just part of one of these Territories.

Everyone has a choice to make; it depends on what you are personally looking for. With these two opportunities available within the System, there is an opportunity to match everyone’s preference.
