Viral Territory Managers


Territory Managers can share in 3 separate profit streams. Only Territory Mangers can do this. The reason is simple; they are crucial to the success of the entire System and should be rewarded accordingly.

1. Territory Managers receive the entire 87.5 % of the profit from the Territory Ad Bars that appear on all of the pages in their specific Territory. There is no limit on the number of Territories that a single Territory Manager can control.

2. Territory Mangers will also be eligible to share in the Revenue from the Regional Developer Ad Bars that appears in the Region that contains their specific Territory. The Top Percentile of Territory Managers, which is determined by the performance of the other Territory Managers in their Region, will share 25 % of the Revenue from The Regional Ad Bars in their Region.

3. Territory Managers will also be eligible to share in the Revenue from the World Ad Bars that appear World Wide in the entire HHH System. The Top Percentile of Territory Managers, which is determined by the performance of the other Territory Managers in the System, will share 25 % of the revenue from the World Ad Bars, world wide.

Here is how this works

Let’s take 3 hypothetical Territory Managers from these three real places:

John from Broken Hill, New South Wales Australia

Beth from Lancashire, North West UK

Judy from Portage, Maine USA

1. All 3 of these people are successful Territory Managers and they have Live Territories

2. All 3 will now receive 87.50 % of the Revenue that comes from the Territory Ad Bars that appear at the bottom of all of the pages in their individual Territories.

3. For the purpose of this example, lets assume all 3 of these Territory Managers are in the Top percentile of the Territory Mangers in there respective Regions. John in his Region in Australia, Beth in her Region in the UK and Judy in her Region in the USA.

4. They all would now share 25 % of the Revenue of the Regional Ad Bars in their Regions.

5. They now are all receiving 87.50% of the Territory Ad Bar revenue from their own territories IN ADDITION to sharing 25 % of the Revenue from the Regional Ad Bars that appear in the Region that they are in.

6. Lets again assume that these 3 Territory Managers are in the Top Percentile for the World Wide HHH System.

7. This means that these 3 Territory Managers from Broken Hill Australia, Lancashire UK and Portage Maine, will now share 25 % of the Revenue from the World Wide Ad Bars.

Finally, this means that these 3 Territory Managers, all from different corners of the globe will be receiving profits from their own territories, 87.50 %, as well as sharing in 25 % of the profits from the Region they are in and also in 25 % of the profits World Wide of the whole HHH organization.

Unlike most other Business Opportunities out there, where “unclaimed” or “un earned “profits are retained by the company, that does not happen here. I have a policy that I call Default Profits . This means that irregardless of the levels of performance that are obtained, Revenue Sharing schedules are paid at to the first available person or business unit. This is a very good thing for the people in the organization

Here’s why

1. Most companies set standards that have to be met for payments or earnings to be paid out. . The standards are arbitrarily set, almost always too high for the majority of people to meet them, this results in a lot of people doing a lot of work and in the end, not getting compensated for it.

2. Here, that does not happen. A sale is a sale, revenue is revenue. When ever a sale happens in your Territory or Region, even with you not even being part of it, you receive your pre set clearly outlined percentage with no strings attached.
