I use the term Viral to represent the option of people in the System to participate in the success of the entire World Wide Helping Hired Hands organization.

1. Territory Managers that reach the Top Percentile of the organization, among Territory Managers will share in 25 % of the Revenue generated by the World Wide Ad Bar. This means the factory worker in the suburbs of London UK, will be able to share in Profits generated across Canada, throughout the USA and from every corner in Australia, for starters.

2. Regional Developers that also reach the Top Percentile of the organization, among Regional Developers, will share in 25 % of the Revenue generated by the World Wide Ad Bar. This means the advertisement sales rep in Miami Florida, USA, will share in the Profits generated not only across the USA, but as well as across Canada, the UK and Australia, for starters.

3. Pioneer Regional Developers are a special, exclusive group of people. The designation Pioneer means they were the first to open a Region, make it Live and to make it successful. There will be 5, 10, 15 or more Regional Developers in a Region, but there will only be one Pioneer Regional Developer in each Region. The number will be set at the Regional level.

Based on the fact that there will only be one Pioneer Regional Developer in each Region, the 12.5 % of the Revenue generated by the World Wide Ad Bar available to be shared by Pioneer Regional Developers, will be shared by a very small select group of people.
