4.      People who are interested in Advertising on the site, and in particular this Territory will simply follow the instructions on the site to place their Ads.

TERRITORY MANAGERS DO NOT SELL AD SPACE, the site does the work for you. Advertisers who want to advertise on the site simply follow the instructions on the site, Territory Managers are not involved in this process.

Territory Managers receive 87.50 % of all of the revenue that is generated by the Territory Ad Bars that appear on their pages, in their specific Territory or Territories.

Territory Ad Bars are located at the bottom of all of the pages that appear in each individual Territory. This Revenue is not shared and the entire 87.50 % of this Revenue stream flows to the Territory Manager who has that protected Territory.

This is how the flow happens

A.      Territory Managers are in the service business, they offer a FREE service to people, Labor Providers who want to let the public know they exist and have a service to offer

B.     People who want to advertise their business, services and labor, can do so for FREE, will Post in the Territory Managers Territory, automatically, 24/7

C.     As the Posts increase, the traffic will increase as well as the page views; this will now trigger the desire for outside advertisers to place Ads on the site, in the Territory Managers Territory.

D.     Advertisers can do this automatically by following the instructions on the site.

There is a saying from a recent movie, “Build it and they will come “ ( Actually most people think the quote is the above one, but the actual quote is “ build it and he will

come” for my purposes, I will use the misquoted one J)

I like being in a business that I can give something away for FREE, something that other people need and want then turn around a charge other people a fee, a reasonable one mind you, to take advantage of all of the FREE stuff.
