Baseball players talk about the Sweet Spot on a bat, the spot where if you hit it just right, the ball will go a mile. The same thing with tennis players, hit the ball on the Sweet Spot of the racquet and you will get an ace for sure.

Businesses have a Sweet Spot as well, the area in the business that is critical to the success of the business, the area where the real heart of the business lies. You will be surprised when I tell where the Sweet Spot is in my System.

The Territory Manager.

People may look at the System here and think that the Regional Developer, opening up and developing new Regions, new Countries would be the hero of the organization, not so. Regional Developers will play a key role, but the real heroes will be the Territory Managers.

In every business, there is always a key point where the rubber meets the road, where the business runs into the people who will make it happen. In this opportunity, that is where the Territory Manager meets up with the Labor Providers and the Labor Users. They do not actually meet, but I am sure, you get the point. Territory Managers, through their Territory, will be offering both the labor User and the labor Provider the chance to meet and conduct their business.

Nothing will happen until these two people; Labor Provider and Labor User get a chance to Post and meet. With the help of the Territory Managers, these meetings and postings will take place and there will in fact now be a business. There will be a wide range of results from an even wider range of Territory Managers. In the final analysis, the Territory Managers who put in the most time and effort will undoubtedly reap the greatest rewards.

From the tiniest acorns grow the mightiest oaks. What will appear to be small part time businesses, initially, Territory Managers will grow to be our biggest and most financially success business units. As I have said else where on this site, it bears repeating, the most successful Regional Developers will come from the ranks of our Territory Managers.
