Regional Ad Bars
This is another substantial difference between Territory Managers and Regional Developers. Territory Managers generate their profits from their Territory Ad Bars which are at the bottom of the pages in their Territory; Regional Developers generate their profits from the Regional Ad Bars that appear on the left side of all of the pages in their Region.
Location of Ad Bars
The scope and number of pages that a single Regional Developer can have their Regional Ad Bar on can be substantial.
1. As an example, a single Territory Manger can have 3 digit live Territory Ad Bar exposure.
2. On EVERY page that a single Territory Managers Ad Bar is live, appears, that corresponding Regional Developers Ad Bar appears as well. Different ads, different Ad Bars.
3. A Regional Developer can develop and work with as man y Territory Managers as they can successfully manage.
4. The math works out like this. A single Territory Manager has accumulated over time, 100 pages of combined Postings between Labor Providers, Labor Users and Enviro-Selec listings. That means there will be 100 Live pages of Territory Ad Bars at the bottom of all 100 pages, as well as 100 pages of Regional Developer Ad Bars on the left side of the page. Each Ad Bar will be featuring different ads for different markets.
5. The next progression in this example is this. This particular Regional Developer is not working with just one Territory Manager but with 5 Territory Managers. The math is now this. Using our example of 100 Live pages per Territory Manager, this Regional Developer will have their Regional Developer Ad Bar appearing on 500 Live pages, spread out over the 5 Territory Managers in their Region.
6. You can see the value of both Territory Managers and Regional Developers working together to increase the Postings on the pages that appear within their Region.
7. More Postings equal more potential profits for everyone.
Business is a numbers game. Regional Developers work towards having the numbers work for them. Regional Developers are not restricted by geography nor the number of Territory Managers they can work with.
Internet marketing, making money from ads is a numbers game, the more traffic you can generate, the more page views you generate, the more you can charge for your ads.
Regional Developers will be working on making the numbers work for them as well as the Territory Managers in their Region.
