People who bake cookies will recognize this term right off. This is how it works; you roll out your cookie dough flat on the counter so it forms a sheet. You then pick out a cookie shape that you ant your cookies to look like, lets say in the shape of a snow man, you then take the cookie cutter shaped like a snow man and press it into the sheet of dough.

You can do this quickly and efficiently because they are all going to be the same and all it takes is a second to press out each cookie, using the cookie cutter snow man.

That is good news for people who want to be Territory Managers, especially people who want to have several Territories and even better news for people who want to use being a Territory Manager as a stepping stone to becoming a Regional Developer.

If you spend the time to build one successful Territory, you can build as many as you want to after that. Just like the cookie cutter snowman, if you can follow the formula and build one successful Territory, you now have the keys to the proverbial vault.

You are lucky that you are considering joining a Business Opportunity that is set up to reward the people who will be doing the majority of the preliminary activity. In most opportunities, these people are not adequately compensated, in my view. That will not be the case here, in the HHH System. Our champions will be our Territory Managers.
