Regional Developers generate profits the same way Territory Managers do, from the proceeds of ads that appear in the Regional Ad Bars in their Region.

This is how the program works.

1. Regional Developers have the ability to work with as many Territory Managers as they wish.

2. As Territory Managers generate Postings on their individual pages, they are also generating pages that will contain Regional Ads. Different Ad Bars, different markets, different profit streams.

3. The more Territory Managers that a Regional Developer is working with, the larger the number of Regional Ad Bars that will appear in their Region.

4. Each Region will have a different number of Regional Developers in it; the number will vary and be determined on the Regional level.

Canadian Expansion

Territory Managers and Regional Developers are both working toward the same goal, creating traffic and page views that will financially benefit them. They do this the same way, build up the Postings in their respective Territories and Region.

Each Posting benefits both equally. Due to the relationship that will exist between a Regional Developer and their Territory Managers, 25 % of the revenue from the Regional Ad Bars from the Regional Developer associated with each Territory Manger will be split between the Top Percentile of their Territory Managers.
