Ground Floor
I am almost reluctant to use this term in reference to my Business Opportunity, the term has been so badly misused in the past, but I am not sure what other term I could use to accurately describe where we are at this time. In real time, as I write this, it is October 10th, 2009. The HHH commerce site has been live for about two weeks and I expect the HHH Business Opportunity site, this one, to be live in about 5 or 6 days. Based on these facts, there is nothing else we could call the Business Opportunity other than a ground floor opportunity.
The question them is, what does that mean to you? It means a few things:
- If you have the ability to be one of the first people to join the System and therefore have the chance to pick and choose what you want to do and where you want to do it, those choices will not be available for ever
- It would be impossible for me not to spend more time on working with the first group of people if only from a time restraint pain of view
- The first group of people who join the System may be able to exercise first rights of refusals on Regions before they are staked out by the people who follow them in
- As a new organization, there will be a certain flexibility shown in the early stages while we define our Organization Wide Standards, OWS. People in on the ground floor will be able to benefit most from this brief shake out period
Every Business organization that I have built and developed always had a personality of its own. Regardless of the direction that I felt the organization should go, it would create its own, let’s call it, its own vibe. That same reality will happen with the HHH System.
I know two things will happen, for sure, there will be people who become Territory Managers because this makes the most sense for them. Then there will be people who become Regional Developers because that makes the most sense for them. Outside of that, I am as anxious to see what happens as you are. Based on that summary, there are incredible opportunities here for those people who are bold enough to step up and take that initial leap of faith.
