Expansion by Osmosis

Strange title. This was the best way to describe what I know will happen in the System. I have seen it many times before and I built this System around this phenomimum happening again.

What I am referring to is this; people join a business and do not think they have the skills or ability to take on a big task or area, so they pick a small part of the business, one that they think suits their skill level more. They start off slowly; put in the time and effort and as they proceed, see that they are getting results and they do have the skills to tackle something larger and more demanding.

As time passes, the person who thought they were in over their head, finds out that there are really getting better results than others who thought they were going to set the world on fire and are not getting the results they thought they would.

I have set up the HHH System to take advantage of this fact, people who start out as Territory Managers, once they see that yes, this is a cookie cuter business, one Territory will be built the same way as the one beside them, the same way as the one across the Country, the opportunity to expand is real.

The skill set that will separate those that succeed from those that do not is going to be the ability to follow a proven formula for success, and then repeat that formula over and over again. That does not sound too hard but you will be amazed how many people can not do that.

Let’s get back to the title of this section for a moment, Expansion by Osmosis. With Territories being set up side by side, all Territory Managers will be side by side. Some of the Territories will be live, and some of them will be undeveloped, not have a Territory Manager active in them. If you are working on your Territory, and there are undeveloped Territories around you, for those who are following the formula and getting success, that success will lead to other people who will want to join the System.

For those successful Territory Managers who wish to expand their version of what constitutes success for them, becoming a Regional Developer would be the next logical step.
