The tools and formula that I will be providing you have been gathered over the last 35 years through trial and error, through success and failure. The greatest advantage I can give you as a new Regional Developer is for you to walk in and put my 35 years of experience to work for you.

It’s important that every one be on the same page to gain the maximum benefit. Territory Managers will be working with the same formula that Regional Developers will be given. To have some people in the same Region doing one thing and others doing something else, will diffuse our energies and reduce our effectiveness.

Look at it this way, you will provide your time, your energy, your enthusiasm and I will provide the ways and the means. We will all bring something to the table.
