The purpose of HHH is to bring Labor Providers LPS, and Labor Users (LUS), together. The best way to do that is to set up trading areas, areas that these two people would normally trade in, do business in.

Territory Managers will be setting up trading areas that correspond to the following criteria:

1. The first trading area, the first Territory, will be the area surrounding where you live. That makes it simple.
2. If you live in a small town, village, rural area, that will be your first Territory. The boundaries of the town or village will set up the trading area for you. LPS and LUS will naturally deal with each other within the confines of these boundaries.
3. Be sure that the Territories that you set up are side by side, that the boundary of one Territory is the same boundary for the Territory beside it.
4. If you live in a larger town or city, you will want to set up multiple Territories based on the size of the area, as well as the trading areas that have naturally developed over time.

Example:

You live in a city of 120, 000 people. The city is divided by a river, a highway, a large park, a railway. People have over time set up relationships with the trades people, service providers, and in our case our future LPS on their side of town.

You will want to set up two Territories, based on these two trading areas. In all likely hood, the two sides of this city have given themselves names that are either actual municipal names, or names that the city its self has given them. It is important to incorporate these names in to the State/ Province listings on the HHH site.

Larger cities could have as many as 10 or more Territory Managers based on their size.

You can see the advantages that living in your first Territory will have for that Territory Manager. Having first hand expertise about your Territory will prove invaluable.

Important Point:

When in doubt, divide and conquer. It is always better to have two smaller Territories than one large one. Creates more Posts, more traffic, is better for LPS and LUS as well as the Advertisers, gives everyone a more targeted market.
