Passive Profits
I like to make profits that do not involve me in the direct process. That to me is the meaning of passive profits. This is a huge advantage of the HHH System. Territory Managers are not involved in the process that makes them their profits.
Its a simple process and its done for them, automatically. Here is the process:
1. Ads are placed on their site, automatically. One day there is no ads, the next day the ad appears.
2. All procedures that deal with the collection, the placement and the payment for the Ads is done automatically, off site.
3. Profit sharing payments are made on a rotating 30 day cycle, equally 87.50 % of all revenue generated by the Territory Ad Bars located at the bottom of each individual Territory Managers territory.
4. There is no limit to the number of Territories that a Territory Manager can operate.
The Territory Managers Opportunity was created for people who wanted to build themselves a lucrative business they could operate from home, male or female. This is the ideal Business for these people. With full support and training provided, the chances that motivated people who follow the training will do exceptionally well are very real.
I believe that the reality is that there will be fewer Territory Mangers than originally thought, and the Territory Mangers we will have will control more Territories. The Cookie Cutter aspect of the opportunity will play a larger factor than originally thought. Once Territory Manager sees how easily and quickly a Territory can become Live, multiple Territories will soon follow.
When you couple in the fact that a Territory Manager can also be a Regional Developer, potential is only limited by each individuals aspirations and dreams.

Selena, Thanks for the comment. It’s important to get feed back from the people who are first into the System. Here are a few comments about your above post.
1. In regards to your comment about a Territory Manager being better than a Regional Developer. Each opportunity has its distinct advantages. A Territory Manager starts off working and building a specific territory, the area around where they live. We do this so new people into the organization can get their feet wet, learn the business, get comfortable and have a sucessful base to start with.
After this, the sky is the limit. Any sucessful Territory Manager can work and build multiple territories, covering large areas. Its all about numbers, the more territories a person is building, the more pages that will become live and the more revenue they will be creating and sharing in.
As far as a Regional Developer is concerned, they are operating a different kind of business than a Territory Manager. Regional Developers will be working with and developing Territory Managers on a larger scale.
Sucess in the System will flow from being a succesful Territory Manager first, and then if you wish, taking on the role of becoming a Regional Developer.
