Multiple Territories Will be the Norm

Posted by Bryan | General System Information | Tuesday 3 November 2009 11:58 pm

As I work through the process to get the training set up for Territory Managers, it is becoming clear that multiple Territories will be the norm. When you look at the fact that Territories can be built at any time, 24/7 and that the majority of the wok is done by the site, automatically, building multiple Territories is the way to go.  The reason is simple, it makes the most sense. Developing multiple Territories will take almost as much time as developing one, here is why.

Multiple Postings by the same people will help fill out Territories. One Labor Provider will want to be Posting across a large area, they will want to let as many people as possible know who they are and what they offer. This means a Territory Manager who finds one Labor Provider for their particular Territory, will have found a Posting for the surrounding Territories as well. This works in everyone’s favor but it could just as easily work in the same Managers favor as well.

There will be Postings for services and businesses that will be able to offer their services and products over a wide range. Insurance companies, financing planners, Real Estate companies, businesses where distance does not play a major role. In theses cases, one contact will lead to multiple Posts. Another case where building multiple adjoining Territories benifits the single Territory Manager.

I will be working closely  with Territory Managers as we start to grow the System. I will be looking for those people who take the initiative and start to build their Territories. As a bonus for these people, I will be locking up the Regional Developers position in their respective Territories. This means as they build their own businesses, I will be insuring that they will in fact be building the Region they are in as well.

This means that these Territory Managers will not only receive 87.50 % of all of the Ad Revenue from the Territory Ad Bars at the bottom of all of the pages in their multiple Territories, they will also receive up to 50% of all of the Regional Ad Bars that appear on the left side of all of the pages in their Territories. To further enhance the profit potential for these early Territory Managers, there is also one Pioneer Regional Developer buisness unit up for grabs.

The bottom line, a successful Territory Manager has unlimited potential in the System. I look forward to working with you on capitalizing on that potential.
