Territory Managers Will Be the Kings of this Make Money From Home Opportunity

I know that the Territory Managers will be the Kings of this opportunity, I am 100% sure of that, all that is left to find out is exactly how. I am convinced that having protected Territories is crucial to our success, that is a positive, what is left to decide is the exact role of the Managers. There are just a few things that will have to be decided in the wash so to speak.
1. How to set up the individual Territories is something that I am not real happy about at this point. The flow of this process is not as smooth as I would like it to be. That may be a strange thing to be saying to new people, but when you think about it, it is a positive. I know that what I have here now, is not the same set up or structure that I will have in a year, that is for sure, all that is left to decide is what changes will be made to better this opportunity.
2. I wish I had a better, more stremlined way to set up the individual Territories. The problem with this process is this, how do I know how each individual city, town, village is set up, half way around the world? What is a strength for this organization is also one of its weaknesses. The job of seting up the Territories is not a long one or a difficult one, but I see it as a stumbling block for new people who are not familiar with the set up. With out the protected Territories, there will be no way to set up and divide the areas, and eventually the ad revenue. The way it will be done for now is workable, but not the best way. If anyone has any suggestions to streamline this praticular process, please let me know. I know there is a better way, I just have not come up with it yet.
3. The role of the Regional Developers is to work with and develope, make profitable the Territory Managers. I have a sneaking suspicion that as time goes on, the role of the Regional Developer will be replaced by what I am calling Super Territory Managers. I can see a Territory Manager starting off as a Territory Manager and when he or she sees how easy it is to get set up, they just start to add another and another and before you know it, there are in fact a Regional Developer. That has alwasy been a thought at the back of my mind, will have to wait to see how that plays out.
4. I am also thinking of eleminating the role of the Regional Developer at the beginning. My thought process is this, have everybody start as a Territory Manager, for those who want to grow bigger, they just add more and more Territories to their existing business. This way, people who have the ability and skills to grow and expand will have the base already in place to make that happen.

You need to know how the different opportunities fit togeather and who does what. If you want to do well as a Regional Developer, you need to know the opportunity as well as I do. Also read all the posts on the blog, they were all posted by myself, and the purpose of them was to help new people like you get started. The material is there for your benifit, take advanatage of it.
2. As a Regional Developer, you have the opportunity to work with and develope Territory Managers. How well you do this will determine how well you do in the business and how much money you will be able to make. The way to become a great Regional Developer is to become a great Territory Manager. That is the place to strat your new Internet Home Business, be your first Territory Manager! Remember, you can be a Territory Manager and still be a Regional Developer. You will then be able to share in two profit streams , all at the same time.
3. The way to become a successful Regional Developer is to have successful Territory Managers working with you. You noticed, I said working with you, not for you. My goal is to make you successful, you make your people successful and guess what, at the end of it all, we are all successful.

I started the HHH Internet Home Business Opportunity with the values and experience that I have learned and picked up over the last 30 plus years. Making Money on Line and Blogs

This Blog is about making money on line, with the HHHH Business Opportunity. I make no bones about that. People who come here, should come because they want to make money from an Internet Home Businesses Opportunity. The problem is, the Blog. This Blog will become a focal point for the HHH Business Opportunity, a place where I can put out information and have people within the organization communicate back to me. I know, a forum is more a place for that, but at this popint, I will be using this Blog until we get a little bigger.
My beef is with how Blogging has gotten corupted to the point that it is impossible to tell the difference between a legitimate visit or post, and one that is just a scam to get a back link. At the beginning, long before I was active on the Internet, Bloging started out as a way for people to communicate with other people, sounds inocent enough. Then it did not take long for the bottom feeders to realize it was just another way to manipulate one form of communication and turn it into a link generating machine.
I am not sure what the answer is. Blogging is now a huge massive industry, it is is no longer a communication vehicle but a multi BILLION dollar advertising, media and marketing machine. It is now out of the hands of the people who it was meant to serve, but now in the hands of the ???, I am not even sure what to put there. What I am left with is this, when I get a comment on my Blog, one word, one sentence, what do i do with it? Do I treat it as a legitimate comment, do I treat it as someone who did in fact read a post I made and is just adding their imput? Or do I treat them like a person, or even a machine that is indiscriminatly roaming the Internet, infesting it with comments anywhere it can find a home, hopeing to get a backlink to their site?
What do they hope to acheive? Random comments on unrelated Blogs, what kind of traffic will that get them? What kind of relevant link will that produce? It smacks of frustration and desperation that has reduced people to this kind of bottom feeding. I am new at this, is there anyone out there that thinks this kind of linking strtedgy is a good thing for the Internet? Perhaps I am missing something here. When a person posts a comment on my blog, this Blog, that deals with a specific Internet Home Business Opportunity, and they operate a business that sells golf accesories, and they post ” great post “, what do I do with that?
It is hard to not get cynical, especially on the Internet. I am trying to present a legitimate Internet Home Business to people here. I want people to feel comforatble coming here and to feel that what goes on here is in their best interest . Their best interest is not having to weed through comments and posts desguised as legitimate feed back when in fact it’s just someone trying to piggyback on someone elses time and effort. Getting involved in a home based business has always been a tricky process, there have always been alot of scams and shady people out there, but at least you could see them and talk to them and get some sort of read on them. That helped a bit. Now, with the Internet, the snakes and the scammers can hide behind email addresses and web sites, you never get to see them and meet them, it has made this whole process much more tricky.
