Buisness is a numbers game. You want to let the numbers work for you. In this business, we have a number of ways we can let that happen.

  First, getting Posts on your site is a simple easy process and paves the way for getting your site functioning and getting the Brand known in your Territory. We have already discussed the two options you have, Organic Posting, post s originating from the source, or Proxy Posting, posts that originate from the Territory Manager.Your site is set up to autoamtically accept Organic posts, 24/7, without the involvemnt of the Territory Manager. Either way you decide to go, you want to set up a schedule and work towards acheiving a specific number.

  Only  5 Posts a day, means 1,760 Posts at the end of the year. 10 Posts a day means 3,520 Posts. The value of Posts lies in the traffic they will generate and the spin off activities that traffic on your site will produce. These initial Posts, generated by you, the Territory Manager, will lead to Posts by Labor Users, interest in the Enviro-Selec service, Community Listings and of course, eventually paid Advertisements.

 Either kind of Posting generating activities can be done at anytime, by anyone who can cut and paste and in any kind of time intervals. You have 5 minutes in between chores in the house, cut and paste 2, 3 or more FREE ads. Have a half an hour before bed, 10 ads or more. It takes very little time to get 5 ot 10 or more ads a day. This small amount of time and effort, when its consistent and focused, will get your business established and generating Revenue.

 Traffic feeds off  itself. Once the ball starts rolling, some intial traffic gets generated, that small amount of traffic will lead to more and more Organic traffic.  Small consistent activities that lay the foundation for future growth is the way to build a business. In our case, we know that laying the foundation means getting the word out about our site and what services we offer the community.

 Getting Posts up on our site is like planting seeds. Over time. seeds grow up, become trees and produce fruit. The more seeds that we plant, the more fruit we will harvest. The value of Posts to our business is the fact that Posts are not a one to one matrix. One Post can lead to multiple other activities being launched. Organic Posts are done automatically which ads to the over all benifit of getting the Posting ball rolling.

 I am building my business the same way you are, the only difference is who our customers are. My customers are Territory Managers, your customers are our end users, the Posters and the people who will benifit from the Posts. We all benifit when the HHH Brand grows in size and generates traffic.

Live is the term we use to describe a Territory that has gone from being vacant and underdeveloped  to being worked on by a Territory Manager and having reached a certain level of activity. The following actvities will help turn your Territory Live.

 1. Posts are King. Posts are the lifeblood of our site. Without Posts there will be no reason for people to visit the site, with no visitors there will be no traffic and no traffic means no life.

  A Web site with no content is an univiting place to be. The content of HHH is Posts, pure and simple. Posts will  bring a sesnse of purpose to the site. When visitors come to the site and see that there are already Posts there, it shows the visitor that yes, this is a site that has some value, has a prupose and yes, it’s working. New  visitors will be far more likely to Post themselves, stay on  the site and use the site and return again if there are already Posts on the site.

  2. There are two kinds of Posts, Proxy and Organic. Lets deal with Proxy first. Proxy Posts are simply Posts that we will put up on the site to start the ball rolling. In each Territory, there are already thousands and thousands of potential customers for HHH, people who have already shown they want our service by already advertising their  own services and labor in the Territory .

 They are already trying to get the meassage out to the people in your Territory that they exist and want people to know they exist. Talk about a captive audience! This will be our audience amd our future customers. Proxy Posting is simply helping these existing people do waht they are already doing, promoting and advertising their services in your Territory. We do this by taking their existing advertising and Posting it in your Territory. If you can cut and paste, you can Proxy Post.

 This proces is a common, easy to do and highly effective tool used by successful busines people, off and on the Internet. Proxy Posting has many advantages. The first and most important one is, ease of application. ANYONE can do it. If you can not cut and paste, I can show you how in 5 minutes, and take it from me, my computer skills are legendary and not in a good way! You can cut and paste, anytime of the day, slot it in to your schedule where ever it fits, spend 5 minutes on it, spend an hour on it, your call.

 Proxy Posting will probaly be the first Posts that you will have on your site. Organic Posts will follow. An Organic Post will be a Post that is initiated by the  Poster. A person hears about the site, finds the site and visitis, they like what they see and they Post automatically. You visit your site in the morning and see a Post from someone you never knew existed till they Posted on your site. That is an Organic Post. When you start to see a steady stream of Organic Posts, you know have a Live site. Congradulations !

 That is just a start, there are many other activities you can do to make your site Live. I dealt with Posting becasuse at the end of the day, the number and type of Posts you have will determine the traffic and page views and that is how we all get paid. The more the merrier.

Traffic is what drives Internet Businesses, no traffic , no business. It is one of my jobs, to ensure we are all working towards making HHH a well traveled, destination site on the Internet. With this new addition to the services we offer, we now have 4 reasons for some one to visit our site.

1. To Post a  service or labor  some one has to offer to their local community.

2. To Post a need for a service.

3. To Post the availability of a consumable product they have to offer to their community.

And now we are set up to offer our 4th service, Free Community Event Listings. This will cover a wide range of listings to all of the non profit groups and people in the community. Everything from Churches, sports teams, blood banks, car washes, charity events, community social services, the list is a long one.

By integrating HHH into the community, we can become the voice and the face of groups, organizations and people who would not normally have the ability to reach the market that HHH will be able to reach. As each Territory Manager builds and develops their own Territory/ Territories, the connection to each community will become deeper and more ingrained. More Postings mean more traffic, this increased traffic will in turn mean more Community event Listings which will in turn add more traffic. It’s a process that benefits everyone.

In the end, the reason HHH exists, is to be able to sell Ad space on our site, traffic and page views will determine the profitability of everyone in the System. WE need to build the HHH Brand so that it means something in the communities that we are operating in. Multiple services, are a way we can integrate ourselves into our communities and provide the people with a range of services that they need, want and will continue to come back for on a regular basis.

You can make the numbers work for you, or you can be a number, it is up to you. Being a number means that the work you do will be the deciding factor in your success, work that is directly tied to how much you can physically do yourself.

For example, you decide to be a Territory Manager. You pick out the Territory around where you live, you start the activities that will get the ball rolling in that Territory. Once you have the ball rolling, you can decide to still be a number, in this case its  1, or you can decide to let the numbers work for you.

Always remember that when you start the activities to get your Territory up and running, you have created and started activities that will start to grow and develop on there own, without your direct hands on help. That is the true value of the HHH System. People can visit your site, 24/7, look around and Post, place ad Ad, put up their event, list a Enviro-Selec item, all without you even being there. That is letting the numbers work for you.

Now that you have started one Territory and it is starting to gather momentum, why not start a second and a third?

This why we call this a Cookie Cutter Business. If you can start and get one Territory rolling, you can do the same, virtually an unlimited amount of times. You want to let the numbers work for you. You want to be the person who starts the ball rolling, and then takes advantage of the natural momentum that will come from a well thought  out site,  a business opportunity that was created specifically for this situation to be exploited  and the fact that one Territory will help build the ones around it.

Example, you live in an area that has 300,000 people. Depending on the make up of the area, there will probably be 3 Territories in this area. That means 3 separate Territory Managers, or one person being the Territory Manager for all 3 Territories. If there are 3 separate people, they all  will benefit from the synergy and momentum that will be building  up around them. If its one person who controls all 3 Territories, they will now be able to build on their own momentum and benefit multiple times from one single source  of activity. That is making the numbers work for you.

This concept is a very important one. Those people who can see the potential here, will be the ones who do extremely well. Why build a business with a factor of one, when that factor can be hundreds and then thousands ?I spent upwards of a year designing this System as well as HHH. When you couple that with the fact that I have 35 years doing just this, developing, creating and building businesses, we all have something here that can go the distance and generate a considerable amount of revenue.

This is the real value to people who want to make money on the Internet. My definition of Viral is the ability to grow, exponentially, world wide.

Example, in the real world, growth for normal businesses is a one plus one plus one equation. Growth on the Internet , at least growth with us here is, 1plus 1 plus 2 plus 4 and so on. I built the business model of the System based on the fact that people here have the opportunity and the built in ability to multiply themselves rapidly. Territory Managers can have multiple Territories and Regional Developers van work with as many Territory Managers as they want.

World wide Viral profits are within the grasp of any one who wants them inside the HHH System. Successful Territory Managers can realistically share in profits from the entire System, all across the globe, without leaving their homes.  Territory Managers receive 87.50% of all the Ad Revenue from the Territory Ad Bars at the bottom of all of the pages in their Territory or Territories. Territory Managers can have as many Territories as they want.

Territory Mangers also share in the Regional Ad Bars where their  Territories are situated. The third profit stream for Territory Managers is sharing in the World Wide Ad Bars which appear on every page in every country that the HHH site appears in.

It is important that the people who put their faith in join the HHH System are rewarded according to the work and effort they put into building their businesses. All of our payment plans are designed to payout to the first available Business Unit, regardless of pre set criteria. This procedure greatly benefits all of the initial business units.

This next part will sound strange to most people, but if you think about it for a second or two, it makes perfect sense. I want to give away my profits, in fact, I want to give away 87.50% of all of my profits. Here is why. The more profits I give away, the more profitable I will be. 1. Ads are placed on their site, automatically. One day there is no ads, the next day the ad appears.

2. All procedures that deal with the collection, the placement and the payment for the Ads is done automatically, off site.

3. Profit sharing payments are made on a rotating 30 day cycle, equally 87.50 % of all revenue generated by the Territory Ad Bars located at the bottom of each individual Territory Managers territory.

4. There is no limit to the number of Territories that a Territory Manager can operate.

The Territory Managers Opportunity was created for people who wanted to build themselves a lucrative business they could operate from home, male or female. I believe that the reality is that there will be fewer Territory Mangers than originally thought, and the Territory Mangers we will have will control more Territories. Anyone that is already advertising his or her services or trade is already a customer for us, HHH. That means, they are already a customer for you.

Follow these simple steps and let your web site, your Territory Manger link, by name on the HHH site, do the rest.

Step One

Identify the people, companies, and trades people in your Territory that are already advertising. They could be advertising on the Internet already, in newspapers, directories, magazines, billboards, TV, radio, flyers, yellow pages; the list goes on and on.

Step Two

Simply Post their existing advertisement in the appropriate category in your Territory listing on HHH.

Step Three

This step is optional, you can now contact that person and ask them if they like the FREE ad and would they like to enhance the ad, add their email address, web site etc.  This step is just an opportunity for you to introduce yourself and the FREE service you have available in the area. You can contact them by e-mail, regular mail, and telephone, what ever you are most comfortable with.

What is really convenient about this process is that it can be done at any time of the day or night.  It’s a simple process to do, it will start to create traffic and awareness of your service and it’s a great way to start to get to know who the players are in your Territory.

The purpose of HHH is to bring Labor Providers LPS, and Labor Users (LUS), together. The best way to do that is to set up trading areas, areas that these two people would normally trade in, do business in.

Territory Managers will be setting up trading areas that correspond to the following criteria:

1. The first trading area, the first Territory, will be the area surrounding where you live. That makes it simple.
2. If you live in a small town, village, rural area, that will be your first Territory. The boundaries of the town or village will set up the trading area for you. LPS and LUS will naturally deal with each other within the confines of these boundaries.
3. Be sure that the Territories that you set up are side by side, that the boundary of one Territory is the same boundary for the Territory beside it.
4. If you live in a larger town or city, you will want to set up multiple Territories based on the size of the area, as well as the trading areas that have naturally developed over time.

Example:

You live in a city of 120, 000 people. The city is divided by a river, a highway, a large park, a railway. People have over time set up relationships with the trades people, service providers, and in our case our future LPS on their side of town.

You will want to set up two Territories, based on these two trading areas. In all likely hood, the two sides of this city have given themselves names that are either actual municipal names, or names that the city its self has given them. It is important to incorporate these names in to the State/ Province listings on the HHH site.

Larger cities could have as many as 10 or more Territory Managers based on their size.

You can see the advantages that living in your first Territory will have for that Territory Manager. Having first hand expertise about your Territory will prove invaluable.

Important Point:

When in doubt, divide and conquer. It is always better to have two smaller Territories than one large one. Creates more Posts, more traffic, is better for LPS and LUS as well as the Advertisers, gives everyone a more targeted market.
